Angelo Lüthy, born in 2005, brings a breath of fresh air to our workshop. Born in New Zealand, he is a real all-rounder: a scout leader with a passion for 100 km hikes, an MMA fighter and a thoroughbred freeskier in winter. This boy has power - and it is precisely this energy that we like to put to good use. As an all-rounder, Angelo lends a hand wherever it's needed. Welcome to the team, Angelo!

Roger Sommerhalder is a true veteran of the Radical team - his passion for snowboarding began in the winter of 1991/92 in Anzère. With alpine ski boots and raceboards from Nidecker, Roger and a friend ventured onto the board for the first time, without any previous experience, but with the courage of newcomers. The first day was characterized by many falls and sweat, but their polysport past helped them to make rapid progress. On the second day, they met experienced snowboarders who gave them valuable tips - and Roger was soon infected by the snowboard virus. This spark was never to be extinguished, and he remained faithful to the sport for decades.

His path to Radical began when he was working for Killer Loop as a sales representative and accidentally came across Mark Farner, the founder and shaper of Radical Snowboards. At the time, Roger had no idea that Mark was behind the Radical brand, which he only knew from stories. But a meeting at the Swisspo sports fair in Zurich led to their paths crossing. A few years later, after Nordica had sold Killer Loop, Roger and his partner founded the company Just4motion. From 2003/04, in addition to Killer Loop and Sims, they also offered Radical snowboards directly to specialist retailers - and a successful partnership began that continues to this day.

With his many years of experience and unwavering passion, Roger is an indispensable part of the Radical team and plays a key role in leading the brand into the future.

Henry Goldmann, born in 1949, has been a valued part of Radical since 1996.

His snowboarding career began back in 1988 in Scuol, where he took lessons at the legendary "The School", Europe's first snowboard school - under none other than Radical founder Mark Farner.

With his decades of experience in snowboarding and his tireless commitment, he brings valuable expertise and important contacts to the company. He discovered his passion for snowboarding back in 1990 and has been actively involved in the scene ever since. Henry is always on the move, making connections with potential partners and supporting Radical with his expertise.

With degrees in business administration (University of St. Gallen), clinical psychology (University of Zurich) and extensive experience in organizational development and coaching (IEF Zurich), Henry is an indispensable consultant who enriches our team.
